Acrylic emulsion use

Acrylic emulsion is used for building waterproofing, water-based ink, panel glue, etc. It is widely used in many fields as follows:

1. All kinds of high, medium and low-grade interior and exterior wall latex paint, applied in terms of modifiers, can better improve the hydrophobic effect.

2. Exterior wall latex paint, real stone paint, rock chip paint, texture paint.

3. Used in silk fabric, leather finishing agent.

4. Coating agent for photo printing paper and paper treatment agent.

5. Good sealing performance of wood grease and tannins, used for wood, wood board, floor transparent sealing primer.

6. Electrodeposited coatings, used as binders for metal waterborne paints and plastic waterborne paints.

7. Bitumen waterproof modifier.

8. Used in polymer material antistatic agent, sewage flocculant, petroleum solid-free drilling additive.

Classification of acrylic emulsions:

1) According to the use of the product, it can be divided into: interior wall emulsion, exterior wall emulsion, elastic emulsion, waterproof emulsion, sealing emulsion, etc.

2) According to the composition of the product, it can be divided into: pure propylene emulsion, silicon acrylic emulsion, styrene acrylic emulsion, acetate acrylic emulsion, etc.

Acrylic emulsion characteristics:

Non-toxic, non-irritating, harmless to the human body, in line with environmental protection requirements, non-film-forming high-gloss resin, with excellent gloss and transparency, good anti-blocking performance.

Note: The best use period of this product is six months, before use need to stir evenly, if placed for too long the bottom of the packaging barrel will produce precipitation, stirring evenly will not affect the effect, the goods must be sealed and stored in an indoor environment, room temperature should be between 5 ~ 35 °C, and avoid sun and rain.
